add new configuration option 'helpVersionCb' that calls back to importing module when an integrated option i.e. help or version is found, called before any resulting processing, whereas the caller can alter the behavior of the resultant processing via return value, to be expanded upon in future releases

add support for the integrated help option to accept a positional argument that will display help for the specified option only
