reference to invalid schema file path seen in log after build completes and cache packs it's files

some combinations of config properties break build due to underlying bug present since initial project release

convert module to standalone cli without webpack-cli dependency

adjust logging levels up in some modules so as to be not as verbose at levels 1-2

add license file to ng style npm dist release via copy plugin option 'packageJson.copyLicense', behavior same as readme and changelog file
